Members of the Louisiana National Guard and the Belize Defence Force celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Stare Partnership Program between Louisiana and Belize with a pass and review on Nov. 4, 2016, at Jackson Barracks, New Orleans, La. The Louisiana-Belize partnership is one of the oldest in the program and was established on April 23, 1996. The two countries have participated in 253 events over the last 20 years.
