Sgt. Cristina Fuentes laughs with her fellow Marines as she conducts maintenance on a piece of flight equipment from a UH-1Y Venom aboard Ft. Drum, , Mar. 9, 2017. Marines assigned to Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 269, Marine Aircraft Group 29, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing arrived at Ft. Drum Mar. 8, and will spend more than a week conducting aerial operations in the cold environment. The training will also offer the Marines a unique opportunity to build unit comradery and cohesion through the challenges of the cold weather training. Fuentes is a crew chief assigned to HMLA-269.
