The 2nd gnathopod <$ bears a striking similarity to Stebbing's enlarged figure of this appendage in holmesi (loc. cit., supra, pi. 40 A, gn. 2). Length $ 4-5 mm., 2 ovig. 4-5*5 mm. Locality.
