At the samemeeting it was voted to indemnify the constables for refusing to pay over themoney which had been assessed by the Province into the hands of HarrisonGray, Esq. ; also, to indemnify the assessors for refusing to return the namesof such constables, though requested. On the tenth day of January, 1775, Capt. David Goodridge was chosen a del-egate to the Provincial Congress, which was to meet at Canibridire on the firstday of February.
