WASHINGTON (Oct. 25, 2013) Five-time Grammy Award-winning recording artist and long time USO supporter and volunteer Wynonna Judd performs during the 2013 USO Gala in Washington, During the event Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert presented the USO Sailor of the Year Award to Explosive Ordnance Disposal 1st Class Andrew C. Munden. The gala also honored a service member from each branch of the military as well as the USO Volunteer of the Year and the Spirit of the USO Award recipient.
