Capt. Thomas Kelvin kiss his daughter after the live demonstration by the Marine Air-Ground Task Force at Charlotte Motor Speed Way, Sept. 8, 2018, in Concord, , during Marine Week Charlotte. Marines provided the demonstration to residents of the local area to showcase the Corps’ expeditionary capabilities. Marine Week provides an opportunity for the Marine Corps to visit a city that normally doesn’t have opportunities to interact with Marines on a regular basis.
