KEYPORT, Wash. (June 09, 2017) Capt. Mark Schmall, commander, Submarine Squadron 17, presents an end-of-tour award to Cmdr. Melvyn Naidas, from Agana, Guam, during a change of command ceremony for the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarine USS Louisiana (SSBN 743). Cmdr. Martin Sprague II, from Clovis, New Mexico, relieved Naidas as commanding officer during the ceremony held at the Naval Undersea Museum.
