Colour photograph of the skeleton of an unidentified French soldier fallen during the First World War on display in the Main de Massiges in Marne region in north-eastern France. The Main de Massiges was one of the major sites of the First World War from 1914 to 1918. The remains of the French soldier served in the 23rd Colonial Infantry Regiment of the French Army were found in the area in March 2012 during the restoration works realized by the Main de Massiges Association since 2009.
