Black, CLDJ Navy Exchange Manager Dianne Pfeiffer-Brewer, and Ambassador to Djibouti Thomas Kelly cut the ribbon commemorating the grand opening of CLDJ's new Navy Exchange (NEX). The new NEX provides wider variety while also employing energy efficient technology.
