I do not know the female. Length 9-10 mm. ; breadth 5-6 ram, Bab. ASSAM: Manipur. Naga Hills (Doheriy). This species is very close to P. difficilis, Newm., but inthat the pronotum is much less strongly punctured and thelateral flanges to the elytra are absent.
