6th Fleet (October 29, 2015) -- Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Jeaninne Ignasiak, from Las Cruces, New Mexico, is OC sprayed during Sentry/Security Reaction Force-Basic (SRF-B) oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray qualifications aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S.
