Refugees from the Cambrai-St. Quentin districts arriving in Cambrai from the advanced towns during World War One. The photograph, taken by Lt. Jackson of the Signal Corps , shows a view of the refugees and was captured on October 21, 1918. It was later received and approved by the Censor on December 19, 1918, and issued as image number 31348.
