Harts of Smithfield continue the traditional meat auction to sell off all their stock before Christmas. This is the last of the historic Smithfield Christmas Eve meat auctions which Greg Lawrence, chairman of the Smithfield Market Traders Association, is very proud to keep this traditional alive. Customers were able to get some amazing deals on all sorts of cuts of meat from turkeys to large cuts of prime rib.
