Village of Eccleston, England. Artistic view of the late 19th century George Frederick Bodley designed St Mary’s Church. The sandstone church was constructed on the site of previous churches, and was paid for by the 1st Duke of Westminster. Along with the Cheshire villages of Aldford and Saighton, the village of Ecclestone forms part of the 11,500 acre Duke of Westminster’s Eaton Estate. This photograph has been produced by merging three differently exposed images of the same scene. All of which were captured at approximately the same time - on a tripod mounted camera – and digitally processed to produce the resulting artistic rendition of the scene. Please note that the artistic nature of this image, may include enhanced grain effects, chromatic aberration, lens flare, vignetting and other characteristics not normally associated with conventional imagery. All of these image effects add to the visual drama of the captured scene. This file is also available as a high-quality conventional (not digitally manipulated) image.
