Elie Chain Walk - man going over the edge using the chain for help. A large chain section can be seen in the background Chains on the cliff face to the west of Elie in Fife Scotland making this section of rock face accessible with care. The chain has been built into the rock face on a section of cliff west of Elie village between Kincraig Point and Shell Bay. The area covers and has 8 chains some which are vertical to a height of 10 meters. This makes this area of coastal terrain accessible with care.
