A turn of the 20th century advertising poster by Leonetto Cappiello (1875-1942), for Maurin Quina, a French apéritif. The image features a devilish figure sneakily de-corking a bottle, a green devil to evoke la fée verte (the green fairy), the nickname for absinthe,a drink popular during the Belle Époque.

: These posters are often faded, creased and torn, with sections missing. They have therefore been restored as near as possible to their original condition.
