EVERETT, Wash. (Jan. 31, 2018) – Senior Chief Master-at-Arms Steve E. Batterson assigned to Navy Region Northwest Reserve Component Command (NAVREG NW RCC), acts as the Range Safety Officer during the command semi-annual weapons qualification, at Naval Station Everett (NSE). NAVREG NW RCC provides full-time support of the Navy Reserve, by managing 16 Navy Operational Support Centers (NOSC) across 11 states, in the support of more than 4,000 drilling Navy Reservist.
