With the help of a tugboat, USS Chung-Hoon (DDG 93) slowly enters the mouth of the port at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division as fishermen get settled in on the large rocks comprising the breakwater. DDG 93 visited the warfare center for a Combat Systems Assessment Team event in preparation for deployment.
