Copenhagen, Denmark. May 30th 2013. 17 sand sculptures of up to 10 metres height built from 3,000 tons sand by 30 international sand artists are on display until August 25th at Havnegade in the port of Copenhagen in one of the most spectacular sand sculpture events in northern Europe. "A stolen heart" by Anique Kurzenga, Indonesia. When your heart gets stolen it can be the most wonderful feeling in the world, if the feeling is mutual. But sometimes love goes unanswered and you are left with a hole in your chest. In European folklore the magpie is associated with a number of superstitions.
