Steffen, Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command, gives remarks onboard USS Midway Museum during the Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command San Diego (REDCOM SD) change of command ceremony. Capt. Domitilo M. Pastorin relieved Capt. Michael P. Joyner as REDCOM SD commander. REDCOM SD provides support to 19 Navy Reserve Centers spread across Calif., Ariz., Colo., , Nev., Utah, Hawaii, and the Territory of Guam.
