Table Bay, Sea Point on Epymenia fronds (Griffiths and Monniot coll.). Description The colonies were thin encrustations on sea-weed fronds. The common tunic is transparent, often bluish with yellow circulatory ampullae of the tunic's blood system. The ampullae do not form a ring around the edge of the colony as is often the case in the genus.
