Roscosmos Director General Dmitry Rogozin presides over the State Commission meeting to approve the Soyuz launch of Expedition 57 to the International Space Station at the Cosmonauts Hotel October 10, 2018 in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Shortly after lift off on October 11th the rocket malfunctioned en route to the International Space Station and aborted forcing an emergency landing in Kazakhstan. The crew members have been picked up by search and rescue and are reportedly in good condition.
