A boy tries to lead his pony under a fence on the Ballymun estate in Dublin.


The Ballymun Estate in Dublin is famous for it's urban horses and young riders. In the 1992 the film 'Into the West', with Gabriel Byrne and Ellen Barkin, the horse at the centre of the film is seen walking into a lift on a council estate. The National Geographic magazine made the young cowboys of the streets its cover story in September 1994.
