Pal Grande (Austrian : Grosser Pal) is a mountain in the Carnic Alps. It was scene of violent clashes during the First World War between the Italian and Austrian graffito on the rock. Italian : " Mamma ritornerò 1916 145° fanteria", English : " Mom I'll be back 1916 145° infantry"
