Va. (July 3, 2018) Capt. Craig Sicola, the executive officer of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69)(Ike), addresses the crew of Ike during an all-hands call on the flight deck. Ike is undergoing a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard during the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
