NORFOLK, Virginia (June 18, 2018) Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George Bush (CVN 77) volunteer at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. As a birthday tribute to the ship’s namesake, and representing his famous “Thousand Points of Light” speech, approximately 1,000 GHWB crew members took part in one of the largest single-day community relation (COMREL) events at 44 different locations throughout the Hampton Roads area. George Bush turned 94 on June 12.
