ISS Biolab training station. This is the training station for the Biolab rack contained in the Columbus module of the International Space Station (ISS). This training station is located at the ESA (European Space Agency) Astronaut Training Centre in Cologne, Germany. Biolab includes equipment for biological experiments, such as studying the effects of microgravity on plants, microbes and other organisms. Equipment includes an incubator, microscope, spectrophotometer and centrifuges. It also includes a glovebox (seen here) called the BioGloveBox (BGB), and temperature control units (TCUs).
