Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Daniel Soto, the outgoing sergeant major of Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron (H&HS), Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Futenma, passes the noncommissioned officer’s sword to Lt. Col. Eric Starr, the commanding officer of H&HS, to signify the relinquishment of duty during the H&HS sergeant major relief ceremony at MCAS Futenma on June 14, ceremony was hosted to relieve Soto of his authority and to celebrate his leadership and contributions to H&HS since 2019.
