But when 1 recall the long days I have spent and thearduous climbs I have made when in quest of Neophrons nests,such an example of a nesting station is a veritable reductio adabsurdum. The example of an Egyptian Vulture nesting in a tree whichhas been already alluded to is a curious one and well illustrativeof the danger of generalizing on the habits of wild birds.
