(Aug. 7, 2017) Ship handling and seamanship instructor Stretch Phillips instructs midshipmen about the helm inside a Naval Seamanship Training (NSST) simulator as a part of a four-week event known as Career Orientation and Training for Midshipmen (CONTRAMID) hosted by Naval Service Training Command.
