Jeffrey Tello, a financial management technician assigned to the 37th Finance Detachment, takes aim on the engagement skills trainer (EST) II while representing his company in the 369th Special Troops Battalion for the title of Best Warrior for the 2022 season during a competition held at Camp Smith Training Site, and Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst, , July 12-14, 2021. The winning junior enlisted Soldier and non-commissioned officer advance for the opportunity to compete and represent the New York Army National Guard.
