A genus not seen by me, allied to Chnjsopa, but the bases of the antenntc are distant, and there is an intermediate frontal horn. (Asa Fitch.) 1. M. Bignoretii. Yellowish-grccn, pale, sparingly pilose; between the anteimaj a cylindrical horn, which is longer than the basal joint of the an- tenna), deflexed anteriorly into a lamina, upon the middle of which is a black tooth ; face each side with a fuscous spot, antenntc pale fuscous, the two basal articles green, the first elongated thicker; base of the prothorax elevated; feet whitish, tarsi yellowish, with the apex black; apex of the wings a little angulated, liyuline, pterostigma a little opaque; veins whitish, gradate veins, and transverse ones of the interior side of the radius, black.
