Deserted and derelect buildings in Plimsol Street, Edge Hill district of Liverpool on Merseyside. Awaiting development under the Kensington Regeneration Scheme and the Pathways Project from John Prescots office. In 2006 local resident Elizabeth Pascoe won an appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice to halt the scheme as it violated Hanman Rights of the local community residents.
