A Werle prototype Parabellum Artillerie, cal. mm Mauser No. 2309. German proof mark 2009. Mirror-like bore, length 200 mm. Tangent rear sight on barrel scaled 1 - 8. Complete, deep black finish. Small parts blue and yellow. Dark walnut grip panels with checkering. Magazine with wooden base. Shoulder stock. Complete in casket inlaid with green felt. The weapon served gunsmith Herbert Werle as a prototype for a later mini series of a parabellum pistol of cal. Mauser and was developed from a pistol 08, DWM 1918.
