An F-35B is drogue refueled by a KC-135 during an evening flight test August 2014 near Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Teams from Pax River and Edwards Air Force Base, California, completed testing in March on an improved probe light assembly for the F-35B and F-35C to enhance visibility for KC-135 boom operators during night refueling.
