IN addition to the plans for enclosing platforms,given in the October Review, in the article Ves-tibule Platform Law in Ohio, another plan hascome to our notice, in the form of an invention of G. , W. B. Williamson and R. A. Havner, of Ashe-ville, N. C. It is somewhat similar in form to the plan ofthe LaClede Car Company. The accompanying cutsneed but very little explanation. The dash is extended.
