KUALA LUMPUR—MU2 Ray Lafoon, a Sacramento, Calif. native and drummer with Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) Band, performs during a community outreach event at eCurve shopping center here, April 9. The PACFLT band is currently assigned to Pacific Partnership 2017, a humanitarian assistance and disaster response preparedness mission that is currently traveling in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region conducting military exchanges with host partners. The contingency traveled to Malaysia aboard the expeditionary fast transport USNS Fall River (T-EPF 4).
