1st Lt. Josiah Stephen, an intelligence officer with Marine Aerial Refueling Transport Squadron 152, currently assigned to 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, and a native of Valdosta, Ga., helps offload a Filipino civilian out of a Marine C-130 Hercules aircraft at Villamor Air Base, Nov. 12. Marines and sailors with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade are supporting the Philippine Armed Forces in providing humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to affected areas throughout the Republic of the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan/Yolanda.
