De Vere House Lavenham

De Vere House on Water Street Lavenham was once part of a 14th century hall house. The timber doorway is interesting for its medieval wood carvings. Images of the house were used in Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Part One where they were used as the basis of Harry Potter's parents home in the fictional village of Godric's Hollow,.
