One of the happiest inci- dents about this banquet and dance is the fact that it would have been an easy matter to transform it into a recep- tion for bridal couples in the trade. The florists of Baltimore have had a practical demonstration of what prom- ises to be a new era in the business, of what cooperation will do. The decorat- ing of the hall was put in the bands of six of the leading firms of the city, with Robert L. Graham, Jr., as chairman. The firms were Samuel Feast & Sons, Black Bros., Robert L. Graham, Mary Johnston, Albert Fiedler and George Eb- erle. These firms supplied the materials and furnished their staffs of decorators.
