SAN DIEGO (Feb. 3, 2018) Sailors assigned to littoral combat ship USS Omaha (LCS 12) man the rails during the ship's commissioning ceremony at Broadway Pier in downtown San Diego. Omaha is the 11th littoral combat ship to enter the fleet and the sixth of the Independence variant.
