CHICAGO (June 12, 2021) – Retired Senior Chief Petty Officer Kenneth Stapleton, Hyman G. Rickover Naval Academy Navy Junior ROTC officer in charge, congratulates cadets as they receive their diplomas from Rickover Academy Superintendent Michael J. Biela, during graduation ceremonies outside on the academy campus grounds, June 12. Eighty-six cadets graduated in a ceremony that was held in-person for the first time in more than a year due to COVID-19.
