ACCRA, Ghana (Dec. 10, 2014) Intelligence Specialist 1st Class Luciano Perez and a member of the Ghana navy participate in Africa Partnership Station-sponsored Maritime Intelligence Fusion Basic Course. The two-week workshop is being conducted to increase African partner nation proficiencies at analyzing intelligence in the maritime domain and increasing capabilities to share intelligence information with regional partners.
