Members of the 36th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., carry a litter onto a WC-130J Super Hercules aircraft assigned to the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron June 23, 2022. The 36th AES is an Air Force Reserve unit within the 403rd Wing tasked with the lifesaving mission of providing care to patients in various airframes as they are transported to accommodating medical facilities.
