Air Force Master Sgt. Ryan Heseltine, Air Force Heritage of America Brass Band operations section chief, plays music during a memorial dedication and Medal of Honor commemoration for Air Force Master Sgt. John Chapman at Windsor Locks, Connecticut, Sept. 30, 2018. Chapman was raised in Windsor Locks. He was posthumously given the Medal of Honor along with the rank of master sergeant for his actions during the Battle of Takur Ghar, also known as Roberts Ridge, in Afghanistan in March 2002.
