Liverpool Biennial and Tate Liverpool joint commission by Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez. He painted in a contemporary version of a ‘dazzle ship’ with ‘dazzle’ camouflage in partnership with Merseyside Maritime Museum. The ship the Edmund Gardner, a former pilot ship is now situated in the dry dock adjacent to Liverpool’s Albert Dock.
