When the site for the Centrall Experimental Farm was located, possession of it was not secured until j November of last year—too late to accomplish much, but there was founilj time to plough about 20 acres and gather up some loose stones that were! scattered over the ground. Winter then set in and i)ut a stop to all cutf door work until the spring. In the meantime a small building was eiect-j ed for an ofhce and a glass structure in which TO TEST THE VITA MTV OF SEEDS, which was one of the works the Act prescribed should be undertakenl This work was successfully carried on
