Roger Lewis of DPAC spe3aks as delegates at the TUC disabled workers conference led by activists from Disabled People Against Cuts (DPAC), Mental Health Resistance Network (MHRN) and Winvisible (Women with visible and invisible disabilities) block Tottenham Court Road calling for an end to government benefit cuts which have led to the deaths of many disabled people - including 2 DPAC members the previous day.
