Megaraptor dinosaur, illustration. Megaraptor fossils have been found in Argentina, dating to 91 to 88 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous. This theropod dinosaur was a bipedal predator, walking on its hind legs. The hands of the forelimbs were unusually elongated, with sickle-shaped claws. This dinosaur grew to lengths of around 8 metres.
