Brad Cooper, commander of Naval Forces Korea, speaks to Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63), the first Navy vessel to visit Joint Civil-Military Complex on the island of Jeju-do. Stethem is on patrol in the waters east of the Korean peninsula supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
